Stratum Associates was created to provide business support and guidance to owner managers and Directors in Small and Medium Enterprises throughout the United Kingdom.

We specialize in start up, growth and development companies where there is a clear need for strategic guidance, operational support and an external advice line for key decisions. We are also able to analyse, plan and support businesses on a less secure footing. Please don't be afraid to talk !!

Having been through the business start up process ourselves, we are well placed to offer direct advice from the shop floor upwards. We are not heavily based in "management speak" but focus on practical delivery to achieve defined goals.
